2. Files you upload

When you use a conversion tool, the file you upload is transferred to our servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, processed to produce your requested output, and made available for you to download.

  • We do not view, analyse, or share the contents of your files.
  • Temporary processing copies (the working files used to produce your download) are automatically deleted from our conversion storage within 60 minutes of upload, whether or not you download the result.
  • For service reliability and abuse prevention, we may retain a separate operational backup of uploaded source files on our servers. These backups are not publicly accessible and are not sold or shared.
  • We do not require an account or sign-up to use any tool.

3. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our servers automatically log limited technical information for security and abuse-prevention purposes, such as IP address (stored only in a one-way hashed form), request timestamps, and basic error diagnostics. This operational log data is not sold.

4. Contact form submissions

If you contact us using the form on our Contact page, we store your name, email address, and message solely to respond to your enquiry.
